Busy Sunny Days, Randomly Organized.

Hello there! I've been working on several different projects at the time, as usual, in the last days... I hate that I am not able to concentrate on something from A to Z, but I somehow manage to get the job done, ehehe

I've been making some Radetskys,  Black Blackey is in the BC shop rigt now! I'm going to make some other pom poms before lunch :)

we are looking for a shelving solution for vinyl records, do you have any suggestion? our first no-brain idea was the big classic ikea expedit, but I've run into this great eco-designed modular project that I think would look great in our livingroom!

I've been working on a light weight cotton top that will be in my bigcartel shop soon, together with a small collection of dresses!!

I haven't made risotto in a while, and today I had the perfect ingredients for making it with asparagus and soysour cream,  yummy!
yesterday I had a glimpse of luck and I won a tiny surprise from Present&Correct for being their 1000th friend on facebook: I love pratically everything from their site :)

Around the house

Last Sunday at the Mauerpark fleamarket I've found those two tiny bird reproductions, the bavarian plate and also the white and blue delft plate that's in the second picture! yay!

The food pictured is a very simple recipe I whipped up today for lunch: it's just scrambled tofu (marinated with ginger, garlic, koriander, soy sauce, sesam oil), patted over slightly oiled/salted champignons, then in the oven at 200°C for 15 min! mmmmh :)

I really like the fabric I used for Mr. Clickatat's suit, it is a printed vintage linen I got yesterday at the the Mauerpark market, too bad I have only a really small piece left, I would love to make some pillows out of that!

Five Minutes Ago...

...I was lying on the sunny spot of the carpet, just like  a cat (cats are Masters of this habit!)
today the sun is shining in a way that I had forgotten about, and right now I am  listening to Frank Sinatra, getting ready to go  to the fleamarket at Mauerpark, and later we'll be trying the mexican restaurant Maria Bonita in Prenzlauerberg...HOORAY!

The Longest Week

Oh boy, it's been such a long week...one of shivering and sweating  and lack of sleep...I had the flu! When it's about fever I may do nothing but surrender, and wait for it to pass... lucky me I had the King of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (and Paracethamol hot drink...) taking good care of me, but anyway, it's been very long and BORING. Big Time Boring... 

the moments when I was feeling a bit better I was able to crochet a bit, so now  I am almost finished with The Blanket (I put it in pause for a couple of months  because I couldn't find  the pencil case with all my crochets anymore! now I have them again) I still have to make 4 rows around the border, and then it's finished! (eh. after 7 months...)

I took some pictures of the beautiful pink Peperomia I got last week, I hope it will last...

Today it's been all about cleaning around the house, but tomorrow I'll start working at my sewing machine again! I have a high pile of new monsters to make: I am going to have an exhibition in Verona (IT) next month!!! can't wait :)

OH, it's so GOOD to feel healthy again!!!
